At TrendyFashionBazar, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

  • We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
  • If you receive a faulty product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/videos as proof.
  • Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or personal preferences.
  • Once we verify the defect, we will process the refund or replacement.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after the return is approved.

2. Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes size issues may occur. To ensure a smooth exchange process, please note:

  • Size exchanges are allowed, but the customer must bear the courier charges for both return and replacement shipping.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Exchange is subject to availability of stock.

3. Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

✅ The item should be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
✅ The return request must be raised within 24-48 hours of delivery.
❌ Products purchased on sale or discounts are not eligible for return.
❌ Custom-stitched or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange?

  2. Attach clear images/videos showing the defect or size issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm if the return/exchange is accepted.
  4. For approved returns, we will guide you on the return process.
  5. Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will process the refund/replacement.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If the refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.

6. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the returned product does not meet our policy conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return.
  • TrendyFashionBazar is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
